Job Description

FIN2DAY Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Managers / Sales Executives to join our growing financial services team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for generating new business, handling customers, understanding their financial requirements, and assisting them with suitable financial products.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through calling, referrals, field visits, and other channels.

Contact prospective customers and understand their financial requirements.

Explain and promote suitable loan and financial products.

Manage the complete customer relationship from lead generation to disbursement.

Coordinate with internal teams, banks, NBFCs, and other financial partners.

Collect and verify customer documents as per company requirements.

Follow up with customers regarding documentation, verification, approval, and disbursement.

Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective customers.

Achieve assigned monthly sales and business targets.

Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and customer interactions.

Ensure professional customer service and a positive customer experience.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.

Good convincing and negotiation skills.

Ability to work with sales targets.

Customer-focused and self-motivated.

Willingness to make calls and/or undertake field visits when required.

Prior experience in banking, loans, NBFC, fintech, insurance, or financial services will be an advantage.
