Operations Coordinator And Production Supervisor

About the job:Key responsibilities:

1. Supervise daily production floor activities: vinyl cutting, printing, lamination, and pre-dispatch quality checks

2. Coordinate end-to-end execution of vehicle branding and installation projects across client sites in Delhi NCR and other cities

3. Liaise with outsourced installation teams: assign jobs, track progress, and ensure on-time delivery

4. Serve as point of contact for clients during active projects: sharing updates, managing delays, escalating issues

5. Manage dispatch of printed materials (vinyl, decals, kits) from our Gurugram facility to installation sites

6. Maintain daily trackers: production status, material dispatched, installations completed, pending closures

7. Coordinate with design team to ensure artwork is approved and files are production-ready before printing begins

8. Follow up with vendors and installers on WhatsApp and phone; ensure photo documentation and job-closure reports are submitted on time

9.
