Production Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations in Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management, particularly in industries involving sheet metal, die casting, and injection moulding. As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently, meeting both quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production activities and manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Implement and monitor production processes to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure product specifications are met.
• Manage a team of production staff, providing training and support to enhance their skills and performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Analyze production data and prepare reports for upper management to inform decision-making.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity and quality.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
• Familiarity with sheet metal, die casting, and injection moulding processes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
