📢 Job Vacancy – Full-Time Accountant Company: Faith Computers Location: B-9, BHAGWATI PALACE SAMAD ROAD, NEAR SONI JEWELLERS ,Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh Job Type: Full-Time | Office-Based Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and responsible Accountant to manage the day-to-day accounting, billing, banking, inventory, and financial records of our computer and laptop retail business. Key Responsibilities Billing & Invoicing: Handle daily sales and purchase billing, GST invoices, and maintain proper billing records. Accounting & Entries: Manage daily accounting entries, cash book, ledger, and sales/purchase records. Bank Reconciliation: Check bank statements, reconcile transactions, and maintain accurate bank records. Stock Management: Maintain laptop and computer inventory, stock inward/outward entries, and physical stock verification. Credit Notes (CN) & Debit Notes (DN): Prepare, maintain, and track credit notes, debit notes, and related adjustments. GST & Taxation: Handle GST-related records, input tax credit (ITC) reconciliation, and coordinate for GST returns. Payment Management: Track customer payments, vendor outstanding balances, and pending payments. Vendor & Customer Accounts: Maintain party ledgers and reconcile vendor/customer accounts. MIS & Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales, stock, and outstanding reports. Documentation: Maintain proper records of invoices, bank statements, purchase bills, and other financial documents. Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate in Commerce (B.Com preferred). Previous experience as an Accountant, preferably in retail, computer, or electronics businesses. Good knowledge of GST billing, accounting entries, bank reconciliation, CN/DN, and inventory management. Working knowledge of Tally Prime / Busy / Marg or similar accounting software. Good command of MS Excel. Strong attention to detail, honesty, and responsibility.
