Talent Acquisition - Internship

About the internship:We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team and gain hands-on experience in recruitment. The intern will support candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, candidate follow-ups, and maintaining recruitment trackers. This role offers practical exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes in a fast-growing technology company.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.

2. Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

3. Conduct initial candidate interactions and assess basic role fit.

4. Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.

5. Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and follow-ups.

6. Assist in employer branding and recruitment initiatives.

7.
