Hiring of cnc Machine Operator

Job role:- Machine Operator

Experience:- 3.5 years to 6 years

Location:- Sector 8 imt Manesar Gurugram

Salary Budget:- upto 4lpa

Shift:- Rotational shift from 8am/pm to 8pm/am

Job Responsibilities:

Set up and operate cnc machines to perform various machining operations such as milling, turning, and drilling.

Interpret and understand technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine machining requirements.

Select and install the appropriate tooling and fixtures for machining operations.

Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.

Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of cnc to ensure optimal performance.

Conduct quality checks using measuring tools such as callipers, micrometres, and gauges.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve machining processes and efficiency.

Document production outputs and maintain accurate records of operations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining or related field preferred.

Proven experience as a cnc Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.

Skills Required:

Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.

Familiarity with G and M-code programming languages.

Strong knowledge of machining processes, tools, and equipment.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
