Content Strategist - Finance YouTube

About the job:We're looking for a finance content lead who will own the content side of Invest Mindset. You'll write, edit, and finalize scripts, develop content, and work directly with the founder. As the team grows, you'll hire and lead the content team - becoming the person responsible for keeping the social media uploads, mainly on YouTube, consistent and high quality. This is not a junior role. We want someone who has experience in content strategy and thinks like an owner.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and research finance content relevant to our YouTube channel that is accurate, relevant, and genuinely useful to our audience.

2. Write clear, engaging video scripts on investing, markets, personal finance, and business analysis.

3. Hire and onboard researchers, writers, and editors to grow the content team.

4. Set quality standards and review content before it goes live.

5.
