Manages team of Project Manager, Measurement Executives and Site Supervisor who are responsible forinstallationPlanning and Scheduling the installation as per the delivery timelineEnsuring all the stakeholder communication are done on timely mannerHas full authority for personnel actionsStep up and intervene if any project is deviating from the plan and handle client escalationsTrain the team to make sure they focus on customer centricity and improve the Net Promoter ScoreEXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONSBachelor degree/masters degree in Civil Engineering or Interior Designing6-10 years of extensive experience in project management1-3 years of Team handling experienceStrong communicator, ability to handle multi functional activity & pressure in the execution processOverall good at coordination and management skills,escalation handlingExtensive knowledge of modular furniture installation processes .
