Senior Microsoft 365 Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Microsoft 365 Specialist to join our team in the Delhi-NCR region. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and optimizing Microsoft 365 environments, with a strong focus on tools such as Intune, Autopilot, and Entra ID. This role is critical in ensuring that our organization leverages the full potential of Microsoft 365 to enhance productivity and collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support the deployment and administration of Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint, Intune, and Autopilot.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs and improve operational efficiency.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for Microsoft 365 security and compliance, ensuring that all endpoints are secure and managed effectively.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 applications and services, providing timely support to users.
• Stay updated with the latest Microsoft 365 features and updates, and recommend enhancements to improve user experience and productivity.

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Intune, and Autopilot.
• Proficient in managing Entra ID and endpoint security solutions.
