Job Title: React Lead DeveloperLocation: Airoli, MumbaiWork Mode: Work from Office (WFO) – Full-timeAbout the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced React Lead Developer to join our growing team in Airoli, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will lead front-end development efforts, mentor developers, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and play a key role in delivering scalable, high-performance web applications.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design and development of responsive web applications using React.jsCollaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend teams to deliver high-quality productsWrite clean, maintainable, and well-documented codeOptimize applications for performance and scalabilityConduct code reviews and ensure coding best practices are followedMentor and guide junior developers in the teamParticipate in architectural discussions and contribute to tech strategyKeep up with emerging trends and technologies in frontend developmentRequired Skills & Experience:6+ years of experience in frontend development, with at least 3 years in React.jsStrong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, Redux, and REST APIsExperience with React Hooks, Context API, and component-based architectureFamiliarity with Webpack, Babel, and modern build toolsExperience with version control tools like GitExposure to Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelinesStrong problem-solving and debugging skillsExcellent communication and leadership qualitiesNice to Have:Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or React NativeExposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.)Education:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
