Inside Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in the Delhi-NCR region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and business development efforts in the educational sector, focusing on career counselling and guidance. This role requires a strong understanding of the edtech landscape and the ability to engage with potential clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales activities to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing them with tailored solutions to meet their educational needs.
• Utilize upselling techniques to maximize revenue from existing clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our services.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in inside sales or business development, preferably in the educational or edtech sector.

• Familiarity with DA/DS programs and educational sales processes is a plus.
