Key responsibilities:

1. Handle camera setup, framing, lighting, audio, and basic production requirements during shoots.

2. Record high-quality talking-head and informational videos for social media and digital platforms.

3. Edit raw footage into engaging, polished, and platform-ready videos while maintaining the brand's visual identity.

4. Add appropriate captions, motion graphics, transitions, B-roll, sound effects, music, and other visual elements to enhance content.

5. Work closely with the content and marketing team to understand the objective and messaging of each video.

6. Repurpose long-form recordings into short-form content such as Reels, Shorts, and other social media formats.

7. Maintain consistency in editing style, visual quality, pacing, and brand guidelines across all content.

8. Manage the complete workflow from shoot scheduling and footage organization to editing, revisions, and final export.
