Responsibilities

Run onboarding and kickoff calls

Coordinate between clients and engineering

Share regular updates and demos

Track client health and renewals

Find upsell opportunities

Requirements

2+ years in account management or client servicing

Strong communication

Organised project tracking

Basic tech understanding

Nice to have: Agency or SaaS experience, Jira/Linear
