Human Resources (HR) - Internship (WFH)

About the internship: Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Source candidates for BFSI and financial services roles through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Internshala, and other recruitment platforms.

2. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements, qualifications, skills, and relevant BFSI experience.

3. Conduct initial candidate screening calls and assess communication, interest, and suitability for the role.

4. Build and maintain candidate pipelines for roles in banking, financial services, insurance, loans, credit, wealth management, and related functions.

5. Post and manage BFSI-focused job openings across relevant recruitment platforms.

6. Coordinate interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment process.

7. Conduct LinkedIn sourcing and professional outreach to identify both active and passive candidates.

8. Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring progress reports.

9. Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, assignments, documentation, and subsequent stages of the selection process.

10. Research BFSI hiring trends, talent availability, and competitive recruitment practices to support recruitment strategies.

11. Assist with employer branding and LinkedIn recruitment activities to strengthen FairFinance's talent presence.

12. Familiarity with resume screening, candidate sourcing, interview coordination and recruitment tracking is an advantage.6. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional approach to candidate interaction.7. Candidates who are comfortable conducting screening calls and professional follow-ups.8. Good organizational skills and the ability to maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.9. Candidates who can work independently in a fully remote environment and manage assigned recruitment tasks consistently.10.
