About the job:Key Responsibilities - Data Analyst

Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from various sources.

Prepare regular MIS reports, dashboards, and performance reports for management.

Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business decision-making.

Maintain and update databases, trackers, and data records accurately.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight gaps or opportunities.

Work with different departments to understand data requirements and provide analytical support.

Use Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, or other analytical tools as required.

Automate and improve reporting processes to reduce manual effort.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.

Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear and understandable manner.

Support business teams with data-driven insights and forecasting.
