Implementation & Solutions Engineer

Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking a hands-on Solutions Engineer to be an early member of our Solutions team. You will wear different hats:

Working on customizing and implementing the product for Customers.

Demonstrating product capabilities to Prospects, and onboarding them.

Work closely with Engineering/Product to address customer feedback & requirements

Maintaining visibility into the Sales and Upsell pipelines

Supporting Customers, troubleshooting issues

Helping improve Support tools and Documentation

As a small tightly knit firm - you will and work directly with the Founders and Engineers in shaping the product, and with Support and Customer Success teams in delivering a great overall customer experience and journey.

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate is hands-on with technology, someone who can handle a hectic startup schedule and enjoys interacting with customers and has a passion for making them successful.

Must have Bachelors in Engineering and a technical background

Excellent skills in making and delivering effective presentations and demos

Passion and aptitude in for high levels of customer interactions

Solid knowledge of key concepts in Cloud Computing, SaaS and Security

2+ years in Customer facing roles - in Support, Customer Success or Solutions

Experience onboarding and supporting Customers in SaaS/AI domains

Comfortable working late IST hours with worldwide customers

Comfortable with APIs, integrations, logs, and basic troubleshooting of SaaS platforms

Prior experience as DevOps or Software Engineer is a bonus

Hiring Process:

Screening: A short AI-assisted conversation to assess your technical expertise and experience

Presentation Round: Present an overview of a product you have worked with in the past

Technical Round: To understand ability to troubleshoot and debug problems and find solutions.
