Growth Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and lead the end-to-end growth marketing function including user acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and revenue growth initiatives across all digital and performance marketing channels- Design and execute full-funnel growth marketing strategies spanning paid acquisition, organic growth, product-led growth, lifecycle marketing, and conversion rate optimization to drive measurable and scalable business growth- Lead data-driven experimentation programs including A/B testing, multivariate testing, and growth experiment frameworks to continuously identify and scale high-impact growth levers across acquisition and retention funnels- Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other paid channels with a strong focus on CAC efficiency, ROAS optimization, and scalable paid growth- Develop and execute organic growth initiatives including SEO strategy, content marketing, viral loop design, referral program management, and community-driven growth programs- Own lifecycle marketing programs including onboarding sequences, engagement campaigns, re-engagement flows, and churn prevention initiatives using marketing automation and CRM platforms- Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and content teams to identify and implement product-led growth opportunities including in-product virality, freemium conversion optimization, and user referral mechanics- Build and maintain growth analytics infrastructure including funnel tracking, cohort analysis, attribution modeling, and growth KPI dashboards to measure and report on growth program performance- Manage growth marketing budget allocation across channels, campaigns, and experiments to maximize overall growth efficiency and return on marketing investment- Lead, mentor, and develop a cross-functional growth marketing team including performance marketers, content specialists, and growth analysts- Stay updated with latest growth marketing methodologies, tools, and industry trends to continuously evolve and sharpen the organization's growth marketing capabilities
