Sales Executive - Construction Materials

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in the Delhi-NCR region, focusing on the sales of construction materials including tiles, paint, plywood, sanitary ware, and laminates. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong understanding of the construction materials market.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the construction materials sector.
• Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.

• Track sales performance and report on sales metrics to management.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of construction materials, including tiles, paint, plywood, sanitary ware, and laminates.

• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
