AI Agent Development - Internship (WFH)

About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop, test, and improve AI-powered voice agents for conducting automated candidate screening interviews using LLMs, speech-to-text, and text-to-speech technologies

2. Work on building and optimizing AI workflows, including resume parsing, candidate evaluation, prompt engineering, and generating structured interview insights

3. Collaborate with the founding team to develop new AI features and experiment with emerging AI technologies

4.
