Software Architect/CTO

We are looking for an exceptional CTO who is passionate about startups and has a proven ability to attract and lead a local team to deliver a world-class product.

The product vision is validated, the funding and partnerships are already established this is a prime opportunity for the right person to have the resources to build the technology, team, and culture.

You Will

Partner with the founders to create a technical vision and roadmap for the company

Be hands on and create awesome code with the rest of the team

Build and lead a top-tier team of initially four to five engineers in Mumbai

Obsess about quality and performance establishing a continuous delivery process

Play a key role in shaping our product roadmap, strategy, design, architecture, and DevOps

Transparent, confident and focused on the development and success of the team

You Will Have

6+ years of experience in open source technologies and building modern web and mobile applications

Proven track record of building large-scale, highly reliable, and highly available cloud based applications

Experience in agile software development and in the ScrumMaster role

Hand on experience of coding and building Architecture

should have understanding on any of the Python / Java / Node.js / ROR etc.

Excellent understanding of UI, General Web functions and standards, Web application and programming languages such as PHP 5 and above, html, JavaScript, JQuery, css and API, OOPS concept especially for classes and functions.

Expert knowledge in MYSQL database and Parse. Good working experience for handling third party API
