Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dice is hiring a Project Manager to lead enterprise Anaplan implementation, enhancement, and transformation projects. The role manages end-to-end delivery, stakeholder coordination, governance, planning, risks, dependencies, testing, releases, and production transition across business and technology teams.ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end delivery of **Anaplan implementation, enhancement, and transformation projects**Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, resource plans, and delivery schedulesCoordinate across **business, Finance/FP&A, functional, technical, data, integration, and QA teams**Facilitate project status meetings, steering committee meetings, and executive-level reportingManage project **scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests**Maintain RAID logs and proactively drive risk mitigation and issue resolutionCoordinate requirements, design, development, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-production stabilization activitiesManage dependencies between Anaplan and upstream/downstream enterprise systems and data teamsSupport release planning, cutover, go-live readiness, and production transitionCoordinate internal teams, implementation partners, vendors, and onsite/offshore resourcesEnsure project deliverables meet agreed timelines, quality standards, and business objectivesSkills8+ years of Project/Program Management experience managing enterprise technology implementationsStrong experience managing cross-functional business and technology teamsExperience with ERP, EPM, Financial Planning, Analytics, Data, or enterprise transformation programsStrong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologiesExperience managing requirements, development, integrations, testing/UAT, releases, and production deploymentsStrong RAID, dependency, change, and stakeholder management experienceExcellent communication and executive stakeholder management skillsExperience coordinating implementation partners, vendors, and distributed/offshore teamsPrevious experience managing Anaplan or other EPM/Connected Planning implementationsFamiliarity with Anaplan implementation lifecycle, integrations, testing, releases, and deployment processesExposure to FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, sales planning, or financial planning processesExperience with platforms such as Anaplan, Oracle EPM, Workday Adaptive Planning, Pigment, OneStream, or similar solutionsPMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or similar certification is a plusBenefitsContract roleRemote work in the USALong-term engagementCompany OverviewDice offers a marketplace that enables direct connections between recruiters and technologists.
