ey Responsibilities: Connect with prospective customers through calls and generate business loan opportunities. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable business loan solutions. Explain loan products, eligibility, documentation, and application processes. Follow up with leads and drive conversions. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing. Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets. Maintain accurate customer and lead details in the CRM. Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales journey. Eligibility: 0–2 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, telecalling, banking, NBFC, fintech, or financial services. Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply. Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. Strong convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales environment.
