About the job:We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Associate to manage end-to-end back-office operations, client onboarding, trade processing, and regulatory compliance. In addition to ensuring seamless execution of transactions, you will cultivate strong client and stakeholder relationships and implement robust risk management frameworks to safeguard business operations and protect client assets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations & Process Execution: Manage day-to-day operations, monitor workflows for timely execution, maintain proper documentation and records, and drive team productivity.

2. Relationship Management: Act as a dedicated liaison for clients and external partners, addressing operational queries, guiding clients through onboarding workflows, and building strong cross-functional relationships to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.

3. Risk Management & Controls: Identify operational vulnerabilities, perform proactive risk assessments on trade and execution processes, monitor transaction limits, and enforce internal control policies to minimize financial and operational risk.

4. Compliance & Audit Preparedness: Ensure strict adherence to regulatory standards and company policies, maintaining audit-ready operational trails and documentation.

5. Problem Resolution & Improvement: Identify and resolve operational issues promptly, coordinate across teams, and implement process enhancements to boost efficiency and service quality.

6.
