Gate Manufacturing Private Limited is looking for an ITI machinist for CNC operators (Milling & turning). The candidate will be responsible for operating high-precision multi-axis CNC machines, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards, and meeting production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Machine operation:

1. Operate and monitor 5 CNC milling and turning machines.

2. Perform machine setup, work holding, tool setting, and offset corrections.

3. Execute approved CNC programs and ensure dimensional accuracy.

4. Load/Unload materials and handle components carefully to avoid damage.

B. Aerospace quality & inspection:

1. Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and aerospace process sheets.

2. Perform in-process inspection using precision measuring instruments: Vernier, caliper, micrometer, height gauge, bore gauge and dial indicators.

3. Ensure compliance with tight tolerances and aerospace quality requirements.

4. Maintain proper traceability and documentation as per aerospace standards.

C. Tool & process control:

1. Monitor tool wear and replace inserts/tools as required.

2. Make minor program adjustments (offsets, tool wear compensation).

3. Ensure proper coolant usage, cutting parameters, and cycle optimization.

D. Safety & shop floor discipline:

1. Follow AS9100 or aerospace quality practices and standard operating procedures.

2. Maintain 5S, safety, and machine cleanliness.

3.
