Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound calls from international customers, addressing their queries and providing solutions in a timely manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
• Assist in training new team members on customer service protocols and best practices.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in international BPO or customer support roles.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
• Familiarity with finance-related queries is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems.
