Client Onboarding Specialist

We are backed by IndiaMART, and we are still building fast.Roles and Responsibilities● Manage the end-to-end onboarding journey for new clients. ● Understand customer business requirements and configure the platform accordingly. ● Conduct product demonstrations, onboarding sessions(configurations, integrations etc), and user training. ● Guide clients through implementation and ensure timely go-live. ● Resolve client queries and coordinate with the Internal teams whenever required. ● Build strong relationships with clients and ensure a positive onboarding experience. ● Track onboarding milestones and maintain accurate implementation documentation. ● Identify process improvements and share client feedback with internal teams. ● Ensure customers are confident using the platform before transitioning them to the Customer Success team. ● Travel across India as and when required for implementation and client meetings.Preferred Qualifications ● Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related discipline. ● Prior experience with SaaS products, ERP, OMS, WMS, or eCommerce platforms will be an added advantage. ● Knowledge of marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, or similar ecosystems is a plus.
