1. Conduct candidate intake calls to understand candidates' backgrounds, experience, career goals, and job preferences.

2. Create ATS-friendly resumes and optimize LinkedIn profiles to improve candidate visibility and job opportunities.

3. Build a targeted list of companies and job opportunities aligned with candidate profiles and career aspirations.

4. Set up and manage candidate profiles across job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Workday, etc.

5.
