RESPONSIBILITIES Connect with provided leads and prospective borrowers by phone, email, and text. Build relationships with borrowers and referral partners. Review borrower financials and recommend appropriate mortgage programs. Guide clients through the application, approval, and closing process. Maintain your pipeline and follow up with clients throughout the loan process. Work with processors, underwriters, and support staff to ensure a smooth closing. Follow all applicable mortgage lending and compliance requirements.
