Interior Designer

About the job:Material Depot is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our Bengaluru team. This is an entry-level, full-time role suited to candidates who want hands-on experience in retail and interior-space design.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop furniture layouts and space-planning drawings
• Prepare detailed store drawings, plans, elevations, and design documentation
• Assist in facade drawing and storefront design concepts
• Create store displays and visual-merchandising layouts
• Support the design team on new store, showroom, and display projects
• Coordinate with internal teams to translate design concepts into execution-ready drawings

Skills & Requirements

• 0-1 year of relevant experience in interior design or retail design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp
• Strong understanding of furniture layouts, spatial planning, and design detailing
• Good eye for materials, colours, proportions, and visual displays
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple design tasks
