Telecalling - Internship (WFH)

About the internship:We are looking for motivated and confident Telecallers / Inside Sales Executives to join our team for a remote work opportunity.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers/leads.

2. Explain company services and products clearly to prospects.

3. Understand customer requirements and generate qualified leads.

4. Follow up with interested prospects through calls and WhatsApp.

5. Maintain daily calling and lead follow-up records.

6. Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.

7. Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling/sales targets.

8. Maintain professional communication with customers.

Stipend Structure:

Fixed pay: ₹ 8,000 - 15,000 /month

Incentive pay: ₹ 3,000 - 5,000 /month

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 200000 to 300000/year
