Shift: 247 Rotational (Night shifts included)

Work Mode: Work From Office

Requirements:

1+ year experience in International Voice Process (Mandatory)Excellent English communication (C1 level preferred)Comfortable with inbound calling & global customersImmediate to 15 days notice period preferredRole: Handle international customer calls, resolve queries, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
