The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills and be comfortable working in an international voice process environment. This role requires flexibility to work in US rotational shifts and to adapt to rotational week-offs. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our international clients, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. Key responsibilities include handling inbound calls, assisting customers with their queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on outstanding issues. The role offers a competitive salary ranging from 19K to 34K take-home, along with a retention bonus of 27,000 INR after successful completion of three months.
