Enterprise Relationship Manager - Internship (WFH)

About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Corporate Screening & Opportunity Identification

1. Undertake targeted screening of UK-based industrial, manufacturing, and energy sector enterprises with an annual turnover exceeding 100M or a workforce of 500+ employees, leveraging data from Companies House, legal records, and public disclosures.

2. Monitor key business triggers including SAP S/4HANA migrations, site decommissioning, corporate carve-outs, and private equity-led restructuring initiatives.

B. Legal Feasibility & Risk Assessment

1. Conduct preliminary legal due diligence on target enterprise data systems, including ERP, WMS, and CMMS archives.

2. Identify and flag potential transactional risks such as ongoing litigation, regulatory constraints, or exposure to consumer Personally Identifiable Information (PII).

C. Executive Stakeholder Mapping

1. Identify and validate direct contact details of key senior decision-makers, including General Counsel (GC), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and Chief Data/Information Officer (CDO/CIO).

D. Intelligence Briefing & Lead Handover

1. Consolidate research findings into a concise, one-page execution brief outlining the target organization's technology stack, data landscape, and relevant trigger events.

2. Transfer qualified, high-intent leads to the core transaction team for onward engagement.
