Job description
Job Type: Internship
Work Mode: In Office.
Experience: Fresher / Entry-level
Duration: 3–6 months
About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, curious, and social-media-savvy Social Media Intern who understands internet culture, loves creating content, and is excited to build a brand’s online presence.
If you’re someone who spends time spotting trends, coming up with content ideas, and thinking about what makes people stop scrolling, this role is for you!
You’ll work closely with the team to brainstorm ideas, create engaging content, manage social media platforms, and experiment with new ways to grow our digital presence.
What You’ll Do
Content Creation: Brainstorm, plan, and create engaging content for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant social media channels.
Trend Spotting: Stay on top of trending formats, viral content, memes, and conversations relevant to our audience.
Content Planning: Help develop and maintain a social media content calendar.
Copywriting: Write catchy captions, hooks, post copy, and creative content ideas that align with our brand voice.
Community Engagement: Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions to help build an active online community.
Performance Tracking: Track content performance, engagement, reach, and other key metrics to understand what works.
Creative Experimentation: Test new content formats and bring fresh ideas to improve our social media presence.
What We’re Looking For
A strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing.
Proficiency in Canva is a must — you should be comfortable creating visually appealing social media posts, carousels, stories, and other creatives.
A good understanding of platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn.
Creativity, an eye for design, and an understanding of what makes content engaging.
Good written communication skills and the ability to write catchy captions and hooks.
Familiarity with social media trends, memes, and emerging content formats.
Someone proactive, organised, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks.
A willingness to learn, experiment, receive feedback, and improve.
You don’t need years of professional experience, but you should be comfortable using Canva independently and have a genuine interest in creating engaging social media content.
