Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team in the Delhi-NCR region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, and maintaining vendor relationships. This role is crucial in supporting the financial operations of our organization and requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of accounts payable functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage accounts payable transactions, including invoice verification and payment processing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding accounts payable.
• Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions and vendor communications.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
• Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
• Utilize SAP software for invoice processing and reporting.
• Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in invoice processing and vendor management.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
