Fabrication SupervisorExperience: 3-4+ YearsEducation: ITI / Diploma / Associate Degree in Mechanical or a related technical fieldIndustry: Manufacturing / Metal Fabrication### About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Fabrication Supervisor to manage day-to-day fabrication operations and supervise a team of welders, fabricators, and fitters. The role is responsible for ensuring production targets, quality standards, workplace safety, and efficient utilization of manpower and resources.### Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Supervision* Assign daily tasks and monitor the performance of welders, fabricators, and fitters.* Coordinate manpower and shift activities to meet production requirements.Quality & Drawing Compliance* Inspect work during and after fabrication to ensure compliance with engineering drawings and specifications.* Interpret fabrication drawings, blueprints, welding symbols, and technical specifications.Production Management* Monitor daily production activities and ensure timely completion of assigned work.* Efficiently utilize machinery, tools, materials, and manpower.* Minimize material wastage, rework, and production delays.Safety & 5S* Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and proper handling of welding and cutting equipment.* Maintain 5S and good housekeeping practices on the shop floor.Troubleshooting* Resolve fabrication, fitting, equipment, and material-related issues on the shop floor.* Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth production operations.### Required Skills & Qualifications* 3-4+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, welding, or metal fabrication.* Previous experience in a supervisory or team-lead role.* Strong ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.* Knowledge of MIG, TIG, and Arc welding processes.* Understanding of fabrication and shop-floor operations.* Knowledge of workplace safety practices and quality standards.* Good team management and problem-solving skills.* ITI / Diploma / Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.Interested Candidate Please share your Resume on Experience3 - 4 YearsNo. of Openings5EducationDiploma (Engineering, Mechanical, Other)RoleFabrication SupervisorIndustry TypeManufacturing / Production / QualityGender[ Male / Female ]Job CountryIndiaType of JobFull TimeWork Location TypeWork from Office
