Sourcing Specialist Retail Real Estate

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager to lead procurement and sourcing activities for the High Street/Retail business vertical. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and onboarding vendors, negotiating commercial agreements, managing supplier relationships, and driving strategic sourcing initiatives. This role requires strong market intelligence, commercial acumen, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cost-effective, high-quality procurement solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sourcing strategies for the High Street/Retail categoryIdentify, evaluate, onboard, and manage vendors and supplier partnershipsLead commercial negotiations to achieve optimal pricing, quality, delivery, and contractual termsBuild and maintain long-term relationships with key suppliers and business partnersCollaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and deliver timely sourcing solutionsConduct market research to identify industry trends, supplier capabilities, pricing benchmarks, and new sourcing opportunitiesManage category sourcing plans while ensuring cost optimization without compromising qualityMonitor supplier performance through defined KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiativesEnsure compliance with company procurement policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirementsPrepare sourcing reports, spend analysis, and recommendations for managementRequired Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related discipline5+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, category management, or vendor managementStrong expertise in vendor negotiations, supplier relationship management, and strategic sourcingExcellent understanding of procurement processes, sourcing methodologies, and contract managementProven experience in market analysis, supplier evaluation, and cost optimizationStrong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesAbility to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with procurement systems, ERP platforms, and Microsoft ExcelPreferred Qualifications

Experience in the High Street Retail, Retail, Commercial Leasing, or Real Estate industryFamiliarity with strategic sourcing frameworks and spend managementKnowledge of vendor risk assessment and supplier performance managementPay: From 1,000,000.00 per year
