Manager, Lending Operations

We are seeking a skilled Manager of Lending Operations to lead our team in Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lending operations, particularly in commercial lending and loan syndication. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our lending processes, and the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of loan operations, from origination to closing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the lending operations team, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards.
• Oversee the loan syndication process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline loan operations and improve overall efficiency.
• Analyze lending operations data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience throughout the lending process.
• Provide training and support to team members to foster professional development and ensure a knowledgeable workforce.

Required Skills:
