About the Role

We are looking for a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to work as a dedicated, full-time resource embedded within the team of one of our clients, a digital marketing agency based in Europe.

You will work closely with the agency's creative and marketing teams to develop compelling visual content for digital campaigns, social media, advertising, branding, and other marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a creative, detail-oriented designer who is proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, communicates confidently in English, and can independently manage design projects from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality graphics, marketing collateral, social media creatives, digital advertisements, and other visual assets.

Design and produce engaging motion graphics, animated content, and short-form video assets using Adobe After Effects.

Develop layouts for digital and print materials using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Edit, enhance, and retouch photographs using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.

Collaborate directly with the client's marketing, creative, and account management teams to understand briefs and deliver designs aligned with campaign objectives.

Maintain consistency with established brand identities and visual guidelines across multiple client accounts.

Manage multiple design requests simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

Incorporate feedback efficiently and independently take projects from initial concepts to final deliverables.

Contribute creative ideas and stay informed about evolving design trends and digital marketing best practices.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency, advertising agency, or similar creative environment.

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly:

Adobe After Effects – Motion graphics and animation

Adobe InDesign – Layouts, brochures, and marketing collateral

Adobe Lightroom – Photo editing and enhancement

Adobe Photoshop – Image editing and graphic design

Adobe Illustrator – Vector graphics, illustrations, and branding

Familiarity with other major design tools such as Figma, Canva, and Adobe Premiere Pro

Excellent command of written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate directly and professionally with an international client.

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, visual composition, and brand consistency.

Demonstrated experience creating assets for social media, paid advertising, websites, and digital marketing campaigns.

Ability to work independently, prioritize assignments, and consistently meet deadlines.

Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

Availability to work 12:30 PM to 8:30 PM IST, Monday through Friday, with consistent overlap with the client's Berlin-based team.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience working with European or international clients.

Experience in a fast-paced digital marketing or creative agency environment.

Strong motion graphics and video editing capabilities.

Familiarity with performance marketing creatives, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Experience working with collaborative project management tools.

Work Arrangement: Remote, working as an embedded member of a European digital marketing agency's creative team.
