About the internship:As a Telecalling intern with Rise Retail & Payment Solutions Private Limited, you will have the exciting opportunity to hone your sales skills and contribute to the growth of our company. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients over the phone, building relationships, and ultimately driving sales. Your role will be crucial in expanding our customer base and increasing revenue.

Key responsibilities:

1. Conducting outbound calls to prospects to introduce our products and services

2. Following up on leads generated through various marketing efforts

3. Building rapport with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions

4. Achieving weekly and monthly sales targets set by the sales team

5. Providing excellent customer service and addressing any queries or concerns

6. Maintaining accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system

7. Collaborating with the sales team to strategize and improve overall sales performance.
