Assistant Manager - Module Maintenance Responsibilities Stabilization of MSEL Module Line: Measure improvements in SQPDCME projects to enhance the stability of the module line. Ensure completed projects contribute to minimizing operational disruptions. Team Building: Track the number of capability enhancement initiatives to develop a skilled workforce. Focus on fostering teamwork and improving engagement among team members. Spare Management & SAP-PM Utilization: Assess the percentage of effective SAP-PM utilization in spare management. Optimize inventory levels to enhance operational efficiency and reduce lead times. Availability of Equipment for Production: Measure the percentage availability of equipment at the MSEL Module line. Identify factors affecting downtime to ensure consistent production capability. Organization Development & Sustainability: Monitor milestones achieved in adherence to the Adani Business Excellence Model. Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across all functions.
