Property and Facility Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property and Facility Manager to oversee the management and maintenance of our properties across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with regulations. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of property management, ensuring that all facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
• Develop and implement property management strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for services related to property maintenance and facility management.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards, conducting regular inspections and audits.
• Prepare and manage budgets for property operations, monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and enhance tenant satisfaction.
