Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning. Achieve monthly sales targets and drive revenue growth. Lead, train, and motivate the sales team. Handle customer queries, complaints, and relationship management. Manage jewellery inventory, stock audits, and product displays. Supervise billing, cash handling, and daily sales reports. Implement promotional offers and company marketing campaigns. Ensure proper product knowledge of 92.5 sterling silver jewellery. Maintain store cleanliness, security, and visual merchandising standards. RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or store management.
