Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of health & safety standards and local regulations. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and site plans. Basic computer proficiency (emails, reporting, MS Office, etc.). Salary Offered: Based on Experience and Current CTC (Negotiable based on experience, project scope, and location) Working Conditions: Full-time, on-site role. May require working extra hours, weekends, or holidays depending on project needs. Exposure to outdoor and construction site environments.
