Coordinate with Stores and Production regarding shortages and requirements. Verify quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and supplier documents. Maintain purchase orders, quotations, vendor records, and correspondence. Coordinate with Accounts regarding supplier invoices and payments. Track delayed deliveries and vendor commitments. Support vendor evaluation and supplier performance monitoring. Handle routine vendor negotiations within approved authority. Report material delays, quality issues, and vendor problems
