About the internship:We want to keep our customers for life. To achieve that, customer success is going to be one of our most important functions, and we want to treat it that way.

We have now scaled 10x in the past year, and to achieve that again next year, we want to double down on our existing customers. This role involves owning customer retention, turning customers into true fans of BiteSpeed, and gathering customer feedback to build a pipeline of insights for our product team.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Own customer relationships, help customers succeed, and turn them into fans of BiteSpeed.

2. Manage customer onboarding and deliver a delightful onboarding experience.

3. Track product adoption among customers, ensuring they get maximum value while identifying opportunities for upselling and revenue expansion.

4.
