Sales Manager

About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth across multiple verticals including Fly Ash, Coal, Biomass Pellets, Garments, and Political Campaign Management Services. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, closing business deals, and achieving revenue targets. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales Identify and develop new business opportunities in Fly Ash, Coal, Biomass Pellet, Garment, and Political Campaign sectors. Generate leads through market research, networking, cold calling, and field visits. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations. Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, industries, dealers, political organizations, and government stakeholders. Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business. Address client concerns and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolutions. Market Intelligence Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and emerging opportunities. Identify new territories and prospective customers. Prepare periodic sales and market analysis reports. Coordination & Reporting Coordinate with logistics, operations, procurement, and finance teams. Maintain CRM and sales pipeline records. Submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports to management. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, or related field. MBA (Marketing/Business Development) preferred. 3-8 years of experience in B2B sales, industrial products, political consulting, fuel trading, garments, or related sectors.
