We are expanding our sales, service, workshop, field marketing and support teams and are looking for an energetic HR Recruiter to build a strong workforce. Job PurposeThe HR Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment , from understanding manpower requirements and sourcing candidates to interviewing, selection, documentation and joining. The role will primarily support hiring for Sales, Service, Workshop, Spare Parts, Accounts, Telecalling, Field Marketing, Drivers, Technicians and other operational positions . Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionUnderstand manpower requirements from department heads. Prepare and publish job descriptions on recruitment portals. Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Apna, WorkIndia, TimBuckDo and other relevant platforms . Conduct candidate searches through databases, references and social media. Screen candidates based on experience, skills, salary expectations and job suitability. Maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates for frequently required positions. 2. Interview & SelectionConduct initial telephonic screening. Schedule interviews with the concerned department manager. Coordinate technical/functional interviews. Collect interview feedback and maintain candidate status. Negotiate salary within approved company limits. Coordinate final selection and issue offer letters. 3. Joining & OnboardingFollow up with selected candidates until joining. Collect required joining documents. Complete employee documentation and HR records. Coordinate induction and joining formalities. Ensure new employees understand company policies and reporting structure. 4. Recruitment for Field & Workshop RolesSpecial focus will be required for hiring: Sales Executives Field Sales Executives Marketing Executives Service Advisors Technicians Helpers Spare Parts Executives Billing Executives Telecalling Executives Drivers Accounts staff Office/support staff The candidate should be comfortable hiring blue-collar, frontline and field employees , not just office staff. 5. Promote Li-ON Mobility as an employer. Build relationships with colleges, ITIs, automobile institutes and local recruitment networks. Explore student/part-time recruitment opportunities for field marketing and lead-generation activities.
