Pre School Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pre School Teacher to join our established Pre Primary School located in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children aged 2 to 6 years. As a Pre School Teacher, you will play a crucial role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the development of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote activity-based learning and cater to the diverse needs of young learners.
• Manage classroom activities effectively, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all children.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and development.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the overall educational experience and maintain high standards of teaching.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

Required Skills:

• Graduation and NTT/ECCE/D.El.Ed./Montessori trained.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Pre School Teacher, Play School Teacher, or Nursery Teacher in a reputed school.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to handle small children with care and patience.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Knowledge of activity-based teaching methodologies to engage young learners effectively.

This position offers a competitive salary of up to 28,000 INR per month, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM to 3:15 PM, and two Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
