Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities- Develop creative ideas and concepts for Reels, short-form videos, carousels, stories, posts, and campaigns.- Create engaging and platform-specific content for social media.- Research current social media trends, viral formats, sounds, hooks, and content styles.- Write creative hooks, scripts, captions, and CTAs.- Shoot high-quality photos and videos using smartphones or cameras.- Edit short-form videos using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, Canva, or similar software.- Create content that communicates the brand's story, personality, products, and value proposition.- Collaborate with designers, marketers, photographers, videographers, and other team members.- Participate in on-location shoots, events, property visits, product shoots, and campaign productions when required.- Repurpose existing content into different formats and platforms.- Maintain a consistent brand tone, visual identity, and content quality.- Manage and organize content assets, footage, scripts, and creative files.- Monitor content performance and identify what formats and topics are performing best.- Continuously experiment with new content ideas to improve reach, engagement, and audience growth.- AI tools to improve content ideation, scripting, research, editing, and creative workflows.
